Auto Convection Refill System
Maybe you don't know the design of the original ink cartridge
◆ The sponge structure of the original ink cartridge can only be used with "low pressure" when filling.
◆ When you fill the ink cartridge, if the length of the metal tube filling the needle exceeds 25 mm, it may puncture the internal filter.
◆ Once the internal filter is punctured, the internal ink balance system will be lost, resulting in failure to print properly.
◆ Use the syringe or ink bottle Plug in a filler needle, it can't be filled too fast, otherwise the filling ink flow pressure will be too high, and the sponge in the ink cartridge will directly generate bubbles at high speed.
◆ Which will cause the inner sponge of the ink cartridge to be filled with bubbles and unable to fill the ink. Ink sputum can cause ink overflow and dripping.

Why are the ink cartridges not filled work！
◆ Because you use the syringe/ink bottle plus the filling needle,
◆ Fill the ink into the ink cartridge by hand pressure.
◆ When the filled ink contacts the sponge in the ink cartridge at a high speed, a large amount of air bubbles are generated,
◆ which causes the inner sponge of the ink cartridge to be filled with air bubbles, unable to fill the ink, and the ink may overflow and drip.
◆ Fill in the ink cartridge unless you are slowly squeezing the ink bottle.
Low pressure filling
◆ The filling needle with two conduits (air conduit and ink conduit),
◆ Filled with a low pressure penetrating filling method,
◆ the ink completely penetrates into all the ink storage chamber of the inner sponge of the ink cartridge.
◆ The filling effect is equivalent to the original filling technique.
What we did for the "Sponge Ink Cartridge"!
◆ The new design double-conduit "automatic convection" filling technology, When the ink is filling, the ink-conduit is flipped downward, and the ink is filling with low pressure to effectively fill the inner chamber of the ink cartridge.
◆ The length of the air conduit inserted into the sponge is preset to the ink filling height of the ink cartridge. When the ink cartridge is filled, the ink filling and system balance are automatically stopped.
Double automatic function
◆ The convection filling unit is inserted in the ink bottle, and the ink conduit is upward;
◆ the ink conduit is inserted into the ink cartridge with the filling hole down.
◆ The ink cartridge is flipped at the same time as the filling unit,
◆ and the ink cartridge is placed on the table.
◆ Press the bottle of the ink bottle twice with your finger,
◆ and the ink starts to perform automatic permeation filling.
◆ When the ink cartridge is filled, the ink filling will be automatically stopped.
◆ Drain conduit 33 extends into the bottom of the ink cartridges;

Filling Needle Construction
◆ The center of the Conduits Holder has two parallel cylindrical holes which make the Drain Conduit and the Vent Conduit be parallel with each other, go through on the Conduits Holder and be fixed.
◆ The other end of the Conduits Holder has a Standard Female Luer Thread which is combined with the top of the ink bottle Luer Slip.
◆ The Drain Conduit is fixed on the base body of the Conduits Holder.
◆ When you fill ink with ink cartridges, the drain end of the Drain Conduit is inserted into the ink-stored sponge of the ink cartridge.
◆ It also makes the ink fill into the cartridge from the ink bottle.
◆ The Vent conduit goes through the Conduits Holder and is fixed. Two ends of the Vent conduit is at the two ends of the base body of the Conduits Holder separately.
◆ When you fill with the ink cartridge, the preset level end of the Vent Conduit is inserted into the cartridge chamber and contacts with storage sponge.
◆ The length of the preset level end of the Vent Conduit is designed for different ink filling height of ink cartridges. When the ink cartridge is filled with ink fully, the preset level end of the Vent Conduit will be in contact with the ink.
◆ The ventilation end of the Vent Conduit extends through the opening hole of the ink container and extends a distance to approach a bottom of the ink container.
◆ When the Convective Refill Unit is located on the interior of the ink container and turns downwards, the Ventilation end of the Vent Conduit is located above the level of ink inside the ink container.
◆ The length of preset level end of the Vent Conduit is preset for the ink-filling length of the ink cartridge.
Smart designed ink bottle set !
◆ The tapered column that is joined above the ink bottle is designed with a scientifically based medical syringe front end fitting.
◆ It has a tightly coupled plug. When removing, the filling needle can be easily removed with a slight rotation.
Three-piece ink bottle set
◆ The square bottle body is connected between the inner ring hole and the inner cover at the upper opening, and is integrated by a buckle manner.
◆ The inner cover is color-coded, and the convective refill unit may be inserted on the taper column of the ink bottle.
◆ The upper cover is a white cover, and the cap is rotated by hand.
Two-piece ink bottle set
◆ Square bottle with a thread is disposed on an exterior of a bottle opening.
◆ The outer cover is color-coded, the convective refill unit may be inserted on the taper column of the ink bottle.
◆ The distance from the port is 2mm. It must be cut off with a blade to form an opening to insert the filling needle.
◆ Auto Convection Refill Needle is plugged on the top of the 35ml ink bottle, which becomes an Auto Refill Ink Set.
◆ The Auto Refill Ink Set moves upwards and is inserted into the filling hole of the ink cartridge reversely.
◆ Rotate the Auto Refill Ink Set and the ink cartridge rotates at the same time, and turn the Auto Convection Refill Needle downwards to complete preparations before filling the ink cartridge.
The Structure Before Filling
◆ The drain end of the Drain Conduit is inserted into ink-stored sponge of the ink cartridge.
◆ The Ventilation End of the Vent Conduit is extends a distance to approach a bottom of the ink container, and is located above a level of the ink inside the ink container.
◆ The preset level end of the Vent Conduit extends through the opening hole of the ink cartridge and contacts with storage sponge.
◆ The length of the preset level end of the Vent Conduit is preset for the ink filling height of ink cartridges.
Start fill working
◆ Squeeze the ink bottle twice lightly, the pressure inside the ink bottle will flow toward the Drain Conduit and the Vent Conduit.
◆ Some ink inside the Vent Conduit discharges to the external of the Vent Conduit directly. When the hand moves away from the ink bottle, it leads the external air to flow into the ink bottle.
◆ The external air flows into the upper level of the ink inside the ink bottle via the Vent Conduit.
◆ The ink is conducted from the Vent Conduit to the ink cartridge by a way of penetration to fill the cartridge.
Stop filling Automatically
◆ Ink is filled into the cartridge by a way of penetration continuously.
◆ The ink level will rise slowly when ink rises upwards to the preset ink height.
◆ When ink rises to the preset ink level of the Vent Conduit, air won’t enter into the ink container.
◆ Stop filling ink from the Drain Conduit, and the filling system will balance the pressure automatically.
Take off the Auto Refill Ink Set from the ink cartridge
◆ Rotate the Auto Refill Ink Set and ink cartridge at the same time, and turn the Auto Convection Refill Needle upwards.
◆ Move the Auto Refill Ink Set downwards and separate it from the ink cartridge.
◆ At this time, no excessive ink filling and ink dripping from the ink cartridge happen.
◆ Clean the Refill Needle of the Auto Refill Ink Set, and cover the Rubber Plug to store.
Remove air bubbles within the ink cartridge nozzle
◆ With a Clip Activator, micro bubbles can be removed from the nozzle antechamber.
◆ Remove the Clip Activator after using, and wipe the ink nozzles with slightly wet paper towel to test the amount of ink of the spray nozzle.
◆ When the ink cartridge is placed in the printer, you can use the printer's cleaning nozzle to exclude air bubbles from the interior of the nozzle.
